You can order your checks here! If this is your first time to order checks, please order with our member services mbrserv@mysccu.com or call (423)875-6955. 

Setting up or changing your Personal Identification Number (PIN)

  • When you call the phone number to activate your card, stay on the line to set up your PIN. 
  • If you need to change your PIN later, just call 1-866-985-2273, enter your card number, and follow the prompts to reset your PIN.
  • Be sure to keep your contact information up to date with Scenic Community Credit Union because the automated system will use caller ID to protect your security.
